Mommébox Review and Giveaway!!

Mommébox is a subscription service where every month you get a box full of goodies.  It’s like opening a present created just for you once a month!  It is filled with beauty and lifestyle products to pamper moms like us.  These products are meant to inspire you, inform you, and keep you healthy and beautiful!  I have two boxes that I am lucky enough to try out and tell you about.  I’ll give you a peek at one of them this week, then check back next Thursday to see the other box.

December 2012 Box

The first is the box from December (2012).  This was actually the company’s launch box and had a little of everything in it.  In the “Beauty” department, there was a Kryolan satchel (pictured below)  filled with tinted moisturizer, foundation, foundation primer, a two-ended eyeliner pencil, and a lipgloss.  As you could probably guess, I was very excited about this and have already tried each of these products!  There was also code for a $15 gift certificate to try anything from Mineral Hygienics.  I have not used this yet, but I looked online and there are a few items for around $15.

Kryolan Satchel!

There were four items in the “Health” category.  There was a full-sized sample of the Instant Shake from ourskinny, and a catalog for the diet company.  The box also included a coupon for 2 weeks of free unlimited barre3 At-Home Workouts.  There was a sample of Kelapo Virgin Coconut Oil for a “healthier way to cook”, and Nature’s Kick Honeystix, which I am sure my 2 year-old will love!

The last category in the December box was “Lifestyle”.  This included a sample of vaska laundry detergent and Almost Naked personal lubricant.  I wasn’t lying when I said a bit of everything!  Check out the monthly themes for 2013 to see what Mommébox has in store.  Visit the Mommébox website for more information on how to subscribe.  You can choose to just do 1 box for $20 or if you subscribe for at least 4 months, it is only $15 a box!

    awesome giveaway ladies! Id be most excited about the health category that it comes with. I am always wanting to try things out but dont want to waste money so this would be the perfect way to sample some items! :)

    I love the idea of the box! Try samples and then if you like them you can buy. I hate buying a product that is on something i will use. Then i feel like i wasted money. thanks for the neat giveaway!

    This looks like so much fun! I’m a mommy, wife, and pre-k teacher. I rarely take time, or spend the $$, on anything for myself because I’m always running around with other responsibilities. I’d love to get a special box just for me every month!!

    And I’d like to win…because who doesn’t love getting little surprises. And I just subscribed my babe to one of the little kid box versions…and my husband said would that be a present for you for your birthday or Christmas that I could suggest to my parents, and selfishly I thought..”no, I’d like it for her birthday. but i’d like goodies for me for my birthday!” whoops, well theres to being honest :) I love that there are themes throughout the year!
