So, I guess fall is coming. You could have fooled me, but according to the calendar, October is just around the corner, and hopefully temps will be dropping soon. I really need this to happen for my sanity.
We moved at the beginning of summer and had the best intentions for building raised beds prior to fall planting. Well…they haven’t been built yet, but I am hopeful that we can get them done in the next several weeks and plant some seedlings soon. One search on Pinterest and you can find tons of plans for raised beds of all kinds. I’m thinking of trying my had at this one because it’s cheap and simple.

Because I am not a professional gardener, and just in the beginning stages of learning myself, I will continue to share links to others who can offer much more wisdom than I can. I particularly like to follow the Five Little Homesteaders because they live in Phoenix and she speaks to gardening in this dry, hot climate. Please share your sources too!!
